I am a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the HR field, primarily in Labor Relations in unionized environments, who understands that HR professionals must be responsible and ethical at all tmes, in both verbal and writtent communcation, as well as any interactions with employees and employee advocates.

 

I firmly believe that HR Professionals should hold themselves to a high standard of conduct and practice what they preach, walk the walk, talk the talk, yada yada yada.  I'm definately not a "do as I say and not as I do" kind of person.
